Apple Crisp(Serves 4)
- 3 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- 2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
- 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
- 1 pkg. vanilla flavored low calorie milk beverage (i.e., Alba 77)
- 3/4 oz. dry cereal (i.e., oatmeal or Grape-Nuts)
- Place sliced apples in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Mix raisins, water, sweetener and spice together.
- Sprinkle over apples.
- Mix vanilla flavored low calorie beverage, cereal and margarine together.
- Sprinkle over all ingredients in baking dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Can be microwaved on High for 15 minutes.
- Divide evenly.
- Each serving equals 1 fruit, 1/4 milk, 1/4 bread and 1/4 fat.
