Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Brown meat without fat.
  2. Add salt and water; simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Remove meat and pour off fat.
  4. In skillet, melt bouillon cube in hot water.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and mustard.
  6. (I add a little brown sugar and a sprinkle of ginger.)
  7. Combine starch and cold water.
  8. Stir in skillet mixture until thick.
  9. Add meat to sauce.
  10. Heat and add veggies and steam for 5 to 10 minutes to get flavor but leave veggies fairly crisp.
  11. Serve over rice.
  12. Serves 4.
