One Hour Round Steak Stew

  1. In a large stove top pot, pour in olive oil.
  2. Cut round steak in bite size pieces and brown in oil.
  3. Turn the fire down to low. Sprinkle powdered garlic over meat.
  4. Cover and simmer for approximately 1/2 hour.
  5. Add cut up carrots, celery and onion. Simmer for 15 minutes in a covered pot.
  6. Add cut up potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are done.
  7. Take beef bouillon, flour and 1 1/2 cups cool water.
  8. Stir until lumps are gone.
  9. Turn up heat to medium.
  10. Pour bouillon mixture over the top of the stew.
  11. Stir with large spoon until thickened and serve.
  12. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
