Fennel And Garlic Roasted Pork Ribs

  1. Combine tomato paste, oil, vinegar, seeds, sugar, garlic and paprika in shallow dish. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade. Add pork to remaining marinade; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250u0b0F. Place pork on oiled wire rack in large roasting pan. Cover with foil. Roast for 2 hours.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 350u0b0F. Brush pork with reserved marinade. Roast, uncovered, for 45 mins, or until tender.
  4. Slice ribs between the bones. Serve with lemon wedges.
