Whole Wheat Banana Biscuits

  1. Combine 1 cup flour and the next 6 ingredients.
  2. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  3. Stir in banana and yogurt.
  4. Add milk; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; let rest 5 minutes. Knead dough 4 times.
  6. Add enough of remaining flour to prevent dough from sticking to hands.
  7. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
  8. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 450u0b0 for 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Makes 16 biscuits.
