Za'Atar-Grilled Lamb With Fattoush

  1. Combine garlic, paprika, sumac, oregano, 1 tbsp water and oil in medium bowl. Add lamb; turn to coat in mixture.
  2. Cook lamb on heated oiled grill pan (or on the grill) until browned both sides and cooked to desired doneness. Cover lamb; let stand for 10 mins then slice thickly.
  3. Meanwhile, for the fattoush, combine cucumber, tomato, radish, onion, herbs and lettuce in large bowl. Whisk sumac, lemon juice and oil in small bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Break pita into small pieces over salad just before serving.
  4. Serve lamb with fattoush.
