Lamb Flatbreads

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Brown ground lamb for 4-5 mins, breaking up lumps. Stir in seeds and spices and cook for 1-2 mins, until seeds are toasted. Add honey and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and season to taste.
  2. For the salad, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste.
  3. Spread flatbreads with hummus. Cover evenly with lamb mixture, then top with a handful of salad to serve.
