Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms; dice stems.
  2. Boil sausage for 2 to 3 minutes; remove skin.
  3. Saute onions, celery and stems in butter.
  4. Put sausage in blender or finely chop and add to saucepan with onions, celery and mushrooms.
  5. Mix Parmesan cheese, walnuts and bread crumbs in large bowl.
  6. Add other sauteed ingredients to bowl.
  7. Cool slightly, then stuff caps.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. Broil 1 to 2 minutes until slightly brown.
