Saucy Chicken Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place chicken breast or thigh boned side up between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper.
  3. Working from center, gently pound chicken with rolling pin or flat side of meat mallet until about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts and thighs.
  5. Place 1/2 ham slice on each piece of chicken; sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Roll-up jelly roll fashion; place in 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
