Inside-Out Ravioli Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms, if desired)
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (reserve liquid)
- 10 to 16 oz. small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- Brown and drain ground beef. Add onion, garlic, salt, spaghetti sauce, spinach liquid (drained from thawed spinach) plus enough water to make 1 cup.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Combine spinach (drained) with macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs and eggs. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch (or larger) baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
