Vegetarian Supper Combo

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onions, bell pepper, carrot, rice and lentils; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  5. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
