Pork Tenderloin With Grilled Pineapple

  1. Combine 1/4 cup soy sauce with mustard.
  2. Coat pork in marinade.
  3. Chill 15 minutes or overnight.
  4. Remove pork from marinade.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
  6. In covered grill, arrange medium-hot coals around drip pan.
  7. Place pork on grid over pan. Cover; grill and cook 45 to 50 minutes, or internal temperature registers 150u0b0 on meat thermometer.
  8. Twist crown from pineapple. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
  9. Cut fruit from shell with knife.
  10. Slice fruit crosswise.
  11. Combine marmalade with remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
  12. Last 10 minutes of cooking, arrange pineapple slices on grid over coals.
  13. Baste pineapple and pork generously with marmalade mixture, turning once; slice pork. Serve with pineapple.
