Ravioli With Spicy Tomato Sauce, Olives And Feta

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Saute bacon, garlic, chili flakes and paprika for 2-3 mins, until bacon is golden. Add wine and cook for 1-2 mins, until slightly reduced. Add pasta and toss to coat. Add tomato puree and season. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 8-10 mins, until pasta is al dente and liquid has reduced and thickened.
  2. To serve, add olives and toss to combine. Sprinkle with feta and arugula.
