Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add the beef in 2 batches and stir-fry 2-3 mins or until well browned. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil in wok. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry 1-2 mins or until tender. Add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry 2-3 mins or until just tender.
  3. Return beef to wok with sauces and stir-fry 1-2 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with steamed rice.
