Spaghetti With Tuna And Olive Sauce

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large deep skillet on medium heat. Add the onion and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the tomatoes and sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the tuna, chili pepper, olives, capers, chopped parsley and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 8-10 mins. Serve over the pasta. Garnish with the parsley leaves.
