Cranberry Meat Balls
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Combine and mix first 9 ingredients; add meat and mix gently. Using about 1 tablespoon for each, shape into balls and place in shallow baking pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch, or cookie sheets with sides.
- Using a knife, cut through cranberry sauce several times to break into small pieces.
- Combine and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce melts. Pour over meat balls and bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350u0b0 oven until done (30 to 40 minutes).
