Indian Turkey Slaw

  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add mustard and cumin seeds, and cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and honey.
  2. Combine cabbage, carrot, onion and vinegar mixture in a large bowl. Toss well and let stand for 10 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, combine yogurt and chutney in a small bowl.
  4. Just before serving, add turkey and 1/2 the herbs to cabbage mixture. Season to taste and gently toss to combine. Top with mango and remaining herbs.
  5. Serve with pappadums to spoon salad onto. Accompany with yogurt mixture.
