Pick-A-Chick Nuggets

  1. Crack the egg; open and pour into a small bowl.
  2. Add milk; stir with a fork.
  3. Cut the chicken into 1-inch chunks.
  4. Dip chunks in egg mixture.
  5. Place chip crumbs into a bowl.
  6. Place chicken chunks in chip crumbs; gently stir to coat chicken chunks with chip crumbs.
  7. Place chicken chunks on a microwave-safe plate.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining chip crumbs.
  9. Cover with a sheet of wax paper. Place in microwave oven; set on Medium-high (70% power) for 5 minutes.
  10. Turn halfway and cook on Medium-high for an additional 4 minutes.
  11. Cut one chunk; if it is still pink, cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  12. Serve immediately.
  13. Serve with toothpicks to pick up each chunk.
