Chocolate Shots And Ice Cream Sandwiches

  1. Combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat for 2-3 mins, until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in hazelnut spread and liqueur.
  2. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in three-quarters of the candy bar.
  3. Spoon mixture into shot glasses. Sprinkle each with remaining candy bar. Chill for an hour or until ready to serve.
  4. For the ice cream sandwiches: Scoop ice cream onto 6 cookies. Spread thickly.
  5. Top with remaining cookies to form a sandwich, molding and scraping ice cream to finish.
  6. Arrange on a metal tray. Freeze until firm.
