Chocolate And Peanut Butter Swirl
- 13 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 14 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking pan and line base and sides with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches above long edges of pan.
- Stir white chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water until smooth. Let cool for 5 mins then add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Stir dark chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Drop alternate spoonfuls of white chocolate mixture and dark chocolate into prepared pan. Gently shake pan to level mixture then pull a skewer backwards and forwards through mixtures several times to create a marbled effect. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, or until set. Cut into small pieces to serve.
