Pasta Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute the onion, garlic and ground beef for 5 mins, or until browned and fragrant. Add the pasta sauce and stock; simmer for 20 mins.
  3. Whisk the milk, cheese sauce mix, sour cream and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Stir in 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Season to taste.
  4. Add meat sauce to pasta; mix well. Spoon into a large baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until golden and bubbling.
