Salmon, Lemon And Asparagus Stir Fry

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry asparagus and onions for 1 min. Remove from pan.
  2. Add broccoli and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins on medium-high heat until wilted.
  3. Add sesame seeds; cook for 30 seconds. Add lemon peel and juice. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from pan and add to asparagus.
  4. Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to wok; heat until smoking. Add salmon; cook for 2-3 mins on each side until golden and lightly crisp all over.
  5. Add creme fraiche. Heat until melted without stirring. Return vegetables to pan. Toss to mix.
