Lamb Teriyaki With Broccolini

  1. Heat half the vegetable oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
  2. Heat remaining vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry onion and ginger until onion softens. Add broccolini and green beans; stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Remove from wok.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce, honey and sesame oil to wok; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, about 3 mins or until sauce thickens slightly. Return lamb and vegetables to wok; stir-fry until heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
