Chicken And Broccoli Saute

  1. Thaw broccoli and cut in half.
  2. Cut chicken into pieces.
  3. Chop red pepper.
  4. Saute chicken, red pepper and mushrooms in 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of margarine.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add soup; stir and heat through.
  7. Boil 4 quarts of water; salt.
  8. Add rigatoni; cook 15 minutes, then add thawed broccoli and cook for 3 to 5 minutes longer.
  9. Drain in colander.
  10. Pour chicken mixture over rigatoni and broccoli.
  11. Add Romano and Parmesan cheese.
  12. Toss and serve.
