Filled Patty Shells

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, drained mushrooms and pimento.
  2. In small bowl, stir together the sour cream with salt, thyme and pepper.
  3. Add the sour cream mixture to the chicken mixture; stir until well mixed.
  4. Brush the dough with egg white. Place shells on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425u0b0
  6. for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Follow package directions. Fill shells with chicken mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
