Turkey Piccata

  1. In a large skillet, brown turkey with onion.
  2. Drain fat. Place meat mixture in a large crock-pot and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix all together well.
  4. Cook on lowest setting for 8 to 10 hours.
  5. Stir well before serving.
  6. Stores well for up to a week, if you have it around that long!
