Pat'S Party Spaghetti
- 2 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 lb. American cheese, cubed
- 16 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown meat lightly in large skillet or stew pan.
- Drain any excess grease.
- Add tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, green chilies, mushrooms, olives and onion.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add cheese and spaghetti.
- Crumble bacon over all.
- Mix gently and place in large baking dish or 3-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, crusty rolls and a green salad.
- Serves 12 to 14 people.
