- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 None eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup mashed overripe bananas
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tub (8 oz) spreadable cream cheese
- 6 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Grease a parchment paper lined 8 inch square baking pan, extending paper at two sides for handles.

- Mix cocoa powder and remaining 2 tbsp milk in a small bowl. Stir into 1 of the bowls of batter.
- Place alternate spoonfuls of each batter into prepared pan. Using a spoon, swirl batters to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 5 mins. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the chocolate frosting, beat cream cheese and hazelnut spread in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Refrigerate until frosting is chilled. Frost top and sides of cake.
