Curiouser And Curiouser Casserole

• 4 c. Natural spaghetti sauce
• 2 (15 oz.) cans Natural vegetarian chili (with or without beans)
• 1 lb. cooked whole grain elbow or spiral noodles, drained
• 1 pkg. frozen corn kernels, thawed (uncooked)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
• 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
• 2 to 3 scallions, chopped finely (optional)
• 1 large bag Natural corn tortilla chips

1. Place wok over moderately high heat.
2. Add pasta sauce and chili, stirring to combine.
3. Add corn; mix well.
4. Add onion, peppers and parsley; stir.
5. Reduce heat.
6. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.
7. Add noodles; cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until sauce reduced a bit.
8. Remove from heat; sprinkle cheese evenly over surface.
9. Cover 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
10. Garnish with chopped scallions.
11. (You can take it to the table in the wok and lift lid at last minute.)
