Double Chocolate Banoffee Pie

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly into base and sides of an 8 inch round tart pan with removable base. Chill for 30 mins.
  2. Pour melted chocolate over base, tilting to cover base and sides. Set aside until hardened.
  3. To make the filling, stir dulce de leche, honey and spice mix over low heat until smooth. Pour over tart shell and chill for 1 hour, until firm.
  4. Remove tart from pan. Arrange 1/2 of the sliced bananas over filling. Spread whipped cream over top then finish with remaining bananas. Dust with cocoa powder to serve.
