Banana Caramel Crepes
- 1/2 cup pecan halves, halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar, plus additional, for dusting
- 1 1/4 cups caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 None ready-made crepes
- 2 large bananas, thinly sliced
- None None Whipped cream, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place pecans in a sieve, then rinse under cold water. Place wet pecans on prepared pan. Sift powdered sugar over pecans; toss to coat. Bake for 10 mins or until crisp.
- Combine caramel sauce and cream in a small saucepan low heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins or until heated through.
- Heat crepes according to package directions. Arrange bananas on one side of each crepe. Drizzle half the caramel mixture over bananas. Fold or roll crepes to enclose filling; place on serving plates. Drizzle remaining caramel mixture over crepes; sprinkle with sugared pecans. Serve with whipped cream and dust with additional powdered sugar.
