Spicy Pork Kebabs With Apple Slaw

  1. Combine pork, sage, garlic, half the chili and 1 tablespoon of the oil in a glass or ceramic dish. Cover with plastic wrap; let sit 5 minutes to marinate. Thread pork onto skewers.
  2. Preheat outdoor grill or broiler to high. Cook pork, turning for 8-10 minutes or until charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining chili, remaining oil, apple, carrot and cilantro in a bowl. Season.
  4. Serve kebabs with slaw and lemon.
