Plum, Apple And Blackberry Crumble

  1. Preheat the oven to 375u0b0F. Place the plums, apple, cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp of the sugar and 1 cup water in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10-15 mins until the fruit is just tender. Meanwhile, to make the crumble, mix the flour, oats and remaining sugar in a bowl. Add the butter and rub into the mixture with your fingertips to make coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir the blackberries into the cooked fruit and transfer to a large, shallow ovenproof dish, discarding the cinnamon stick. Scatter the crumble mixture on top and bake for 25-30 mins until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
