Amaretto Chocolate Cream Pie

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan; stir well. Gradually stir in milk; add chocolate.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and reaches 160u0b0. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup Amaretto and vanilla.
  4. Pour into pastry shell.
  5. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of filling.
  6. Chill 8 hours.
  7. Combine whipping cream, 1 tablespoon Amaretto and powdered sugar.
  8. Beat until soft peaks form.
  9. Remove plastic wrap and spread mixture on pie.
