Hearty Goulash Soup

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the meat in 2 batches and brown for 3-4 mins, turning. Add the onions, mushrooms, peppers, potatoes, and tomato paste and the browned meat to the pan and mix together.
  2. Sift in flour over the contents of the pan and saute for 1-2 mins. Mix in the paprika and season. Pour in the stock and wine and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 50 mins-1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
