Gourmet Burger With Fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Cook the fries for 18-20 mins.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the diced onions for 1-2 mins, then add the parsley. Remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Mix the beef, egg, tomato puree, bread, diced onions, chilli powder. Knead the mixture well and divide it evenly into 4 flat burgers. Brush the burgers with oil and grill both sides for 4-5 mins.
  4. Cut the slices of bacon in half and fry them in a pan until crisp. Cut the buns in half and toast them. Spread the lower halves with ketchup, followed by the lettuce, half the onion rings, a slice of bacon and a burger. Spread some mustard on each burger and then the remaining bacon, onion rings and tomato slices. Put the upper halves of the buns on top and serve with the french fries.
