Balsamic Glazed Sausages With Salad

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Arrange bread in a single layer on foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 8-10 mins, until very crisp and golden. Set aside.
  2. Lightly spray a large skillet with no stick cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat. Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for 3-4 mins. Place sausages on a foil-lined baking pan.
  3. Whisk 1/3 cup of the balsamic vinegar, honey and mustard in a small bowl. Drizzle over the sausages; turn to coat. Bake 3-5 mins, until glaze is reduced and syrupy.
  4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk oil and remaining 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Add croutons; toss to coat well. Add spinach, tomatoes, cucumber and onion; toss to combine. Serve salad with glazed sausages.
