Grilled Steak Sandwich

  1. Place 1/2 the onion, the garlic, chili and oil in a large, shallow dish. Add the the steaks, mix well to coat, cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and remaining onion. Season to taste.
  3. Toast the cut sides of the baguette pieces on a grill. Set aside.
  4. Place the steaks on a grill for 3-4 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
  5. Top the baguettes with the lettuce, tomato, steaks and sour cream. Serve immediately.
