Banana, Date And Pecan Nut Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Sift flour and spices. Fold into batter with banana, coconut, milk, pecans and dates. Spoon into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
