Cabbage Rolls

  1. Saute sausage, rice and onion together in skillet, stirring often, about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Cool, and add seasoning and cottage cheese.
  4. Drop cabbage leaves into boiling water for about 1 minute; drain.
  5. Divide rice mixture into four parts.
  6. Wrap each part in 2 cabbage leaves and fasten with a toothpick.
  7. Arrange in a 1-quart casserole.
  8. Mix soup, milk and sour cream together. Pour over cabbage rolls and bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
  9. Yield:
  10. 4 servings.
