Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry ground pork 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps, until browned. Add ginger, garlic and chili. Stir-fry 1 minute. Stir pineapple, carrot and pepper through. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  2. To make the sauce, in a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add sauce to wok and bring to simmer. Cook, stirring, 3-4 minutes. Serve.
