Shrimp And Avocado Hand Rolls
- 7 oz sushi rice
- 2 tbsp sushi seasoning
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp wasabi paste, plus extra to serve
- 4 sheets nori, cut into squares
- 1 None cucumber, seeded, cut into batons
- 1 None avocado, peeled, cut into thin strips
- 16 None small cooked shrimp, peeled, halved
- None None soy sauce and pickled ginger, to serve
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Drain. Mix with sushi seasoning, sugar and salt. Set aside to cool completely.
- Spread a little wasabi paste over each piece of nori. Top with a rounded tablespoon of rice. Arrange 1 piece cucumber, avocado and 2 shrimp halves along center of rice. Roll nori around filling to form a cone shape. Serve immediately with soy sauce, extra wasabi and pickled ginger.
