Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil in Dutch oven until onion is tender; add turkey.
  2. Cook until done, stirring to crumble meat. Stir in next 9 ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
  4. Add mushrooms and cheese; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf.
  6. Serve over hot spaghetti.
  7. Yields 6 1/2 cups sauce.
