Sea Fare(Seafood Florentine Bake)

  1. Preheat
  2. oven to 350u0b0.
  3. Arrange fish fillets in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, onion powder and pepper. Spoon
  5. soup
  6. over
  7. fillets.
  8. Top
  9. with spinach.
  10. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
  11. Pour over spinach. Bake,
  12. uncovered,
  13. about
  14. 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  15. Let
  16. stand 10 minutes before serving.
  17. Makes 8 servings.
