Chicken And Lamb Kebabs

  1. On 4 skewers, alternate pieces of lamb, bacon, tomatoes and sage leaves. On 4 others, alternate chicken pieces, pineapple chunks and bacon. Place some rosemary between the pieces on the kebabs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the skewers over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning as necessary. Season to taste.
  2. Mix the yogurt, onion, garlic, curry powder and 1-2 tbsp of pineapple juice. Finely chop the remaining pineapple and stir it into the sauce. Season the sauce with salt and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle it with the remaining pineapple juice and a little curry powder. Pour the soy sauce into a bowl.
  3. Serve the kebabs and sauces garnished with bay leaves.
