Perfection Salad

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
  2. Dissolve in 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
  3. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar.
  4. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Add remaining ingredients.
  7. Chill in oiled molds or shallow pan.
  8. I use both red and green cabbages. Also use mayonnaise, sour cream and a little chili sauce mixed well.
