Hamburger With A Twist
- 3 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 14 oz ground beef
- 4 oz sausage meat
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely chopped
- 4 None burger buns, halved and toasted
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- Blend or process half the gorgonzola cheese with the sour cream until smooth. Stir in remaining cheese.
- Combine meats, onion, sauces and tomatoes in medium bowl; shape into 4 patties. Cook in heated oiled large skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Sandwich arugula, burgers, gorgonzola cream and artichokes in buns.
