Pepper Steaks With Tomato Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0F. Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch shallow ovenproof dish with cooking oil.
  2. For the tomato gratin, spray a large frying pan with cooking oil and heat on medium. Cook onion and garlic 3 mins, stirring, until onion is soft. Layer zucchini and tomatoes in prepared dish and season. Sprinkle onion mixture and cheese on top. Bake 15 mins. Broil 1-2 mins, until top is golden.
  3. Meanwhile, coat one side of steaks with pepper. Heat a griddle pan on high and cook 4 mins each side, or as desired. Serve with tomato gratin and salad.
