Strawberry Nut Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour five 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
  3. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Sift together flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda.
  6. Combine jam and sour cream.
  7. Add jam mixture alternately with dry ingredients to creamed mixture, beating until well combined.
  8. Stir in nuts.
  9. Divide among 5 small loaf pans.
  10. Bake 50 minutes or until done.
