Turkey And Cheese Mouse Burgers

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and sear turkeys fillets for about 3 mins on each side until golden and cooked through. Cover and rest for 5 mins.
  2. To make the mice, arrange most cucumber slices in two small stacks on a plate. Top with turkey fillets, lettuce and remaining cucumber slices. Place a mini Edam cheese on top. For the heads, take a slice off the base of each radish. Cut removed portion in 1/2 then make 2 small slits in the top of each radish and insert halved slices for "ears." Attach cloves for "eyes" and a little lettuce for "mouths." Place 1 head on top of each body and garnish plate with extra 2 heads. Serve immediately.
